 How to verify your account.
Solution


Verification is a required step to activate your account. We will not ship your items until your account is verified. If you are expecting large or heavy packages you must verify your account prior to their arrival.


To VERIFY your account please provide:

I)- Copy of two types of identification. One of the identification must contain a photograph. One identification must also contain the address where you wish to forward/receive your packages. Acceptable identifications include:

Valid driver's license, government issued identification card, passport, voter or vehicle
registration card, or a home or auto insurance policy.


II)- Fully complete and sign USPS (United States Postal Service) Form 1583. You can download a blank and an example form in PDF format from our download section.

You can mail, fax or email both the USPS form and the two types of identification to us:
